Gary Stejskal Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Stejskal of Oelwein, Iowa, born in Cresco, Iowa, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Stejskal and Helen M. Stejskal (Urban); his siblings, Mary Catherine Link (Dick), Edward Stejskal (Marge) and Francis Joseph Stejskal; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Upah and Joan Stejskal.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Stejskal of Oelwein; his children, Lynn Fencl (Jason) of Mount Vernon, Vernon Stejskal, Robert Stejskal (Heather), Sharon Stejskal of Cedar Falls, Gregory Stejskal (Kathryn) of Oelwein, Kenneth Stejskal (Lindsay) of Shiloh and Kristine Romsdahl (Erik) of Ames; and his grandchildren, Erin (Alex Fencl), Hudson Stejskal, Trinity, Ashton (Chase Jurries), Helen (Gerard), Holly (Sarah Stejskal) and Izak (Konnor Romsdahl). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are required to social distance and therefore it will not be possible to gather for a funeral dinner following the service.
