It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Matthew Russell (Oelwein, Iowa), who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edwin and Alice Russell (Heid); his wife Regina Wilma Steffen; his daughter Vikki Pond; and his son-in-law Stan Zolczynski.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Zolczynski of Sioux Falls and Clark Russell of Oelwein; his son-in-law Dick Pond of Dumont; his grandchildren, Brea Pond of St. Paul and Sheana McCoy (John); his great grandchildren, Jackie, Daniel of Little Canada, Minnesota., Tyler, Jared, Clara of Plymouth, Minnesota, Angela Rodriguez (Rob) and Robbie of Omaha, Nebraska; and his sister Joan Schiltz of Dubuque.
