He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bagenstos and Zola Bagenstos (Tarvin) of LaPorte City, Iowa.; his siblings, Merlin Bagenstos and Rayona Roszell; and his grandson Matthew Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Mark Bagenstos (Jeanne) of Clutier, Iowa, Clint Bagenstos (Jenny) of Dike, Iowa and Brenda Crawford (Bruce) of Waterloo, Iowa; his grandchildren, Joshua Crawford (Morgan), Ashley Negus (Wesley), Justin Bagenstos (Cheyenne), Casey Bagenstos, Travis Bagenstos (Holly), Andy Bagenstos (Alex) and Ally Bagenstos; and his sister Zoe Maddox (Larry). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
