It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dick Arndt of Oelwein, Iowa, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Arndt and Eleanore Arndt (Ratcliffe); his wife Jan; his siblings, Eleanore Potratz, MaryAnn Munk and Ted Arndt; and his granddaughter Lindsay Arnold.
He is survived by: his children, Debie Knickrehm (Mike) of LeClaire, Julie Sparks (Brian) of Altoona, Lori Steciuk of Denison, Kerry Arnold (Kevin) of Johnson Creek, WI and Ted Arndt of Des Moines; his sister Carol Reid Cole of Green Bay, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Donis Frisch, Barb Arndt, Carol Proctor and Naomi Proctor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dick's honor to the Oelwein Booster Club.
