He was predeceased by: his father Charles Harriman; his wife Cindy Malaise; his sister Karen Harriman; and his brother-in-law Dennis McLane. He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Harriman (Bower) of Oelwein; his sons, David Harriman, Jr. (Molly) of Waverly, Jacob Harriman (Stephanie) of Epworth and Jason Harriman; his daughter-in-law Dawn Harriman of Oelwein; his grandchildren, Jason, Hope, Andrew and Mya Harriman; and his siblings, Carol McLane of Hazleton, Mary Bierbrodt (Todd) of Osage and Charles Harriman of Hawkeye.

Memorials May be directed to the family Biography David V. "Dave" Harriman, Sr., age 64, of Oelwein, died Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at UnityPoint Health, Allen Hospital of natural causes.
