She is survived by: her siblings, Deanna Parker of Oelwein, Gary Forney (Bonnie) of LaPorte City, Carma Strempke of Hazleton, Donald Forney Hazleton (Teresa) and Jerry Forney; and her sister-in-law Sandy Forney of Oelwein. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Great Nephews.
