He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernice W. Robbins and Hazel Robbins (Lessy); his daughter Elizabeth Soper Hermansen; and his siblings, Virginia Gabbard, William Robbins and Myron Robbins.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Robbins of Oelwein; his children, Dawn Schell of LaPorte City, Curtis D. Robbins of Waterloo, Dustin C. Robbins of Anamosa and Brady Robbins of Chicago, Illinois; and his brother Kermit Robbins (Linda) of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are suggested at the visitation and service.
