She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nicholson and Marita Nicholson (Reiff); her siblings, David, Stephen Nicholson and Constance Busse; and her nephew Nathan Nicholson.
She is survived by: her brother Tom Nicholson (Tammy) of Cedar Falls; and her sister-in-law Esther Nicholson.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home (1825 W 12th St, Cedar Falls, IA 50613). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
