With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Stone of Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy Albert and Mabel Marie Stone (Landers); his wife Ann; his grandson Michael Baker; and his sisters, Verna Monnahan, Phyllis Brockmeyer and Beverly Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Holthaus (Robert) of Jefferson City, Mary Cannady (Terry) of Decorah, John Stone (Barbara) of Alexandria, Cynthia Stone of Everett and Kathy Jo Harkin of Killeen, Texas. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 27 Great Grandchildren and many Nieces & Nephews.
