She is survived by: her great grandchild Dustin Smith; her sons, Glen Eugene Smith of Fayette and Herbert James Smith (Julie) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Dawn Kamp, Debra Smith, Raymond Smith and Christopher Smith; and her siblings, Lester Hope of West Union, Jean Kurtz of Bettendorf and Caroline Sullivan of Centerville.
