She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Keating and Marie Keating (Culhan); her husband John; her sons, Paul and David Vogel; and her siblings, Louis Keating, Mary Ellen Sinclair and Rita Samuelson.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew Vogel (Debbie) of Oelwein, Daniel Vogel of Oelwein, Michael Vogel (Tammy) of Horseshoe Bay, TX and Karen Simpson (Pat) of Oelwein; her siblings, Joe Keating of Hutchinson, KS, Mick Keating (Jane) of Marysville, KS, Jeanie Nordhus (Jerry) of Shawnee, KS, Pat Micheletti (Norm) of Blue Springs, MO and Rose Marie Keating (Jim) of Albuquerque, NM; her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Keating of Albuquerque, NM, Eileen Splinter of Camarillo, CA and Rich Vogel (Mary) of Independence; and her grandchildren, Misty Phillips (Keith), Kyle Jepsen (Lynnsey), Tara Holguin (Sergio), Megan Timm (Nick), Tyler Vogel, Samantha Vogel, Marissa Simpson and Brent Simpson. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren.
