He is survived by: his wife Karel Mollhoff of Odebolt, IA; his sisters, Beverly Eaton of Martin, TN and Barbara Marsh of Martin, TN; his children, Teresa Galvin (Delane) of Ankeny, IA, Tyleen Smith (Kevin) of Tulsa, OK and Travis Mollhoff (Jen) of Carroll, IA; and his grandchildren, Brody Galvin, Payton Smith, Addie Smith, Tyler Mollhoff, Caden Mollhoff, Ava Mollhoff and Austin Mollhoff. He is also survived by several brother and sister in-laws; nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
