She was predeceased by: her parents, Polish and Stefania Mikulicz (Aleksandrowicz); her husband Stuart Currie; and her siblings, Ted, John, Leo, Stephen and Wanda.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Currie (Mitzi) of Polk City, IA, Stephanie Freeman (Les Spitzack) of Crystal River, FL and John Currie (Laurie) of Odebolt, IA; her grandchildren, Angela Greubel (Brent) of Lee's Summit, MO, Jeffrey Currie of Des Moines, IA, Brian Currie (Jessica) of Madrid, IA, Colin Currie of Moingona, IA, Daniel Etler (Theresa) of Shawnee, KS, David Etler (April) of Gilbert, IA, Steven Currie (Chelsey) of Independence, MN, Mark Currie (Angie) of Van Meter, IA and David Currie (Kelly) of Odebolt, IA; her great grandchildren, Heidi, Hudson Greubel, Madeline, Mason Etler, Emma, Austin Etler, Kellen, Aaron, Everett Currie, Elliott, Claire Currie and Jocelyn Currie; and her sister Janina Johnson (Jack) of Cherokee, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
