He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Fineran (Miller) and William P. Fineran; his in-laws, Dwight and Artie Simpson; his siblings, Sharon Kepford (Dick) and Roger Fineran; and his brother-in-law John Teiber.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Fineran of Odebolt, IA; his children, Jeff Fineran (Kim) of Wall Lake, IA, Suzanne Strain of Rockledge, FL, Jason Fineran (Kelli) of Kiron, IA and Sherri Raffensberger (Vincent) of Papillion, NE; his grandchildren, Seth Fineran (Emily), Lexi Fineran, Coby Fineran, Erin Fineran (Elvin), Ayla Fineran, Mary Ellen Strain, Patrick Strain, Ella Grace Strain, Kendal Fineran, Jenner Fineran, Zachary Johnson (Emily), Damon Jelani and Alexis Lampkin; his great grandchildren, Hudson Schwery, Juniper Fineran and Vivian Soto; and his sisters, Sister Shirley Fineran of Sioux City, IA and Therese Teiber of Durango, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
