She was predeceased by: her parents, Wynard Noomen and Ruth Noomen (Kooiker); her stepchildren, Dennis, Greg Jeltema of Orange City, Gloria and John Peuse; her husbands, Harvey Jacobsma and James Beltman; her granddaughter Leah Jacobsma; and her siblings, Albertha Dodgen (Joe), Gerald Noomen (Jennie), Lawrence Noomen (Ramona) and Gertrude Noomen.
She is survived by: her children, Carla (Robert Gray), Curtis (Pamela Jacobsma), Ronna (Charles Dirks) and Bruce (Peggy Jacobsma); and her stepchildren, Doris Beltman of Orange City, Arlyn, Elaine Beltman of Alton and Karen. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, and also other relatives and friends.
