She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Basquin and Billie Basquin (Hunter); her husband Raymond Huxley; and her siblings, Ralph Basquin and Rita Kay Basquin.

She is survived by: her children, Kandi Huxley of Washington State, Jodi Wells (David) of Batavia and Mike Huxley (Amanda Brown) of Winfield; and her siblings, Mary McCollum (Gail) of Wapello, Linda Messer (Don) of Wapello, Debra Senn (Richard) of Sperry, Norma Basquin of Wapello and Roger Basquin of Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shelley Singleton Benefit Fund.
