He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bailiff and Viola Bailiff (Gebbie); his brothers, Vernon P. and Kenneth E. Bailiff; his son Mark Allan Bailiff; and his sisters, Evelyn Joann Thomas (Bailiff) and Beverly Jean Bohanan (Bailiff).
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughter Wendi Stedman (Larry) of Corning; his sister Dorothy Johnson (Bailiff) of Lone Tree; his grandchildren, Jesse Ray of Corning, Jackie Ray of Farimont, Ashley McGinnis (Colwell) of Corning and Mark Colwell of Bedford; and his great grandchildren, Marcus Damien, Masen Ray, Douglas Ziemer of Fairmont Minnesota and Ryker McGinnis of Corning. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
