She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Olson and Doris Olson (Montgomery); her husband Harold Tiarks; her son Marty Tiarks; her siblings, Swede Olson and Joanne Jorgensen; and her granddaughter Kelcie Stephens.

She is survived by: her son Bruce; her daughter-in-law Luanne Tiarks; her daughter Mary Beth; her children-in-law, Rusty Stephens and Lacey Tiarks; her grandchildren, Justin Tiarks (Brigitte), Jordan Tiarks (Danielle), Kristian Stephens (Mary Miller), Emma Stephens (Tom Brunner), Lily Tiarks and Maggie Tiarks; and her great grandchildren, Micah, Ruth, Joy and Malachi. She is also survived by siblings-in-law and their spouses, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family will direct memorials in Jere's honor.
