He is survived by: his brothers, Arthur, Charles and Ron; his wife Betty; his children, Tom (Carolyn), Jim (Judy), Teresa Schantzen (Mike), Jayne Dullum (Don) and Sue Reed (Scott); and his brother Dick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
