She was predeceased by: her parent Richard Taffe; and her niece Robin Charbonier. She is survived by: her parent Anna Taffe (Casale); her husband John F. McCormick, III; her brothers, Michael Taffe of Maine and Richard Taffe of Boston; her nieces, Katie McCormick, Tara McCormick, Emily Taffe of New York and Meghan Taffe of Boston; her siblings-in-law, Kevin McCormick (Kathy) and Ginny Aiello (Dennis); and also, Paul Charbonier, Linda Charbonier (Al Pierce) and Janice Chavis (Bob).

Memorial donations may be made to the West Boylston Celebration Committee or to the West Boylston Fire Department or a charity of one's choice.
