He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Frame and Delpha Frame (Keys). He is survived by: his wife Cheri Frame (Anderson); his daughter Leigh Anne Kohls (Steve); his grandchildren, Anna and Isaac; his son Ryan Frame (Tammi); his grandchildren, Zachary, Cambrie, Alex and Brynlee; his son Kyle Frame (Nell); his grandson Hudson; his daughter Kara Schulte (Travis); his grandchildren, Savannah, Sawyer, Scarlett and Silas; his great grandchild Kally Frame; his brothers, Eugene (Evie) and Gary (Cathy Osborne); and his pet Maggie Mae. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins.
His commitment to service continued as the Commander of the Norway chapter of the American Legion, as a volunteer with the GIVE Foundation, and in the development of the Norway Veterans Memorial.
