She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Coates and Hazel Coates (Ford); and her sister Dorinda Coates. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" McVay of Norway; her children, Trey Jamesson (Kelli) of Keystone, Caley Gibbins (Tim) of Sandy Hook, CT, Geoff McVay of Danbury, CT and TJ McVay of Sandy Hook, CT; and her grandchildren, Cale, Lanie, Makena and Brooklyn. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
