He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Herdliska and Lois Herdliska. He is survived by: his wife Julie M. Herdliska; his siblings, Julie Kay Herdliska, Terri Kilts (Scott) and John A. Herdliska; and his stepsons, Terry Minick and Scott (JoAnn). He is also survived by his family, friends.
