With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Schmidt (Norway, Iowa), who passed away on June 28, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Schmidt and Mary Schmidt (Davin) of Norway; and his siblings, Tommy Schmidt, Robert Schmidt, Betty Hall, Francis Schmidt, Kathryn Hawker, Theresa Carnahan and Rita Stephens.

He is survived by: his siblings, Don Schmidt of Marion, IA and Judy McCloud (Don) of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
