He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond William Powers, Sr. and Irene Elsie Powers. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jacquelynn Lee; his children, Bradley Powers, Fredric Powers (Stephanie), Michael Powers (Lori), Susan Fouche (John), James Powers (Jessica) and Rebecca Routh (Larry); and his grandchildren, Eric, Rachelle, Andrea, Kelli, Tayler Powers, Jordan, Daniel, Bailey Powers, Gage, Kyle, Jesse Chapman, Zachary, Ian Powers, Wyatt, Piper, Colten and Madden Routh.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Iles Norwalk Chapel (1020 Main St, Norwalk, IA 50211).
