He was predeceased by: his mothers, Dorothy Bailey (Daker) and Dina Ochsner; his brother Lee; his sister-in-law Norma Bailey; and his siblings, Al Bailey and Nancy Bailey.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bailey; his children, Cheryl Hochstein (Chris) of Norwalk, Gregg Bailey (Sara) of Crescent and Mark Bailey (Barb) of Saronville, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Landon and Bailey Hochstein of Norwalk; his children, Zach, Ethan Bailey of Omaha, Hannah Kirby (Kyle) of Crescent Iowa, Tyler Bailey of Sutton and Derek Bailey (Emily) of Aurora, Nebraska; his great grandchild Kennedy Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Penny Bailey of Inverness, Florida, Gerald and MaryLou Ochsner of Sutton, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
