She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Foulke; her uncle Dewey; her aunt Dorothy Ellis; her sister Martha Moore; and her stepson Bryan Fisher.
She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Fisher; her stepchildren, Tammy Adkison and Robert Fisher (Deanna); and her brothers, John David Foulke, Dan Foulke and Gilbert Foulke. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
