She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Woodward and Alice Woodward (Headrick); her husband Richard Davis; and her son Barry Davis. She is survived by: her children, Steven Davis, Marshall Davis (Gwenna), Jon Davis (Jeniece) and Christine Brown (Richard); her grandchildren, Matthew Davis (Kelli), Jessica Fish (Dan), Sean Davis (Cassie), Eric Davis (Amy), Sarah Criger (Joe), Katie Taylor (Eric), Gabrielle Foshe (Chris), Zachary Davis (Megan), Nichole Wyman (Mickey), Ryan Brown (Amber) and Timothy Brown (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Makenna, Jackson, Tyson, Devan, Dillon, Kaylie, Addison, Carter, Max, Elliott, Teagan, Knox, Renee, Landon, Russell, Audri, Skylar, Austin, Dallas, Brock, Macie and Camdon; and her sister Mary Streeter (Woodward).

Memorials in memory of Lois may be given to Linn Grove United Methodist Church.
