He is survived by: his wife Janet Tice of Searsboro, IA; his children, Lori Oviatt (James) of Carnation, WA, Mark (Alisha Bogle) of Kansas City, KS and Dana Frey (Jeff); his grandchildren, Whitney Chapman (Darren), Cameron Oviatt (Taylor), Coleman Oviatt (Colin Taylor), Grant Frey (Shelbe Schlag) and Carter Frey; and his brothers, Lyle Maudlin of Fairfield, IA and Larry Maudlin (Dixie) of Fremont, IA. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
