He was predeceased by: his parents, James Evens and Molly Rachel Atwood Moore; his siblings, Donald Dean, Marvalene Rush (Marvin), Ruby Abbagail Rush (Max) and Wavalene Holt; and his brother-in-law Glen Wicker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda of Norwalk, Iowa; his daughters, Cathy Cunningham (Bob) and Annette Blasburg (Larry); his stepson Dan L Wolfe (Laura) of Ellston, Iowa; his sister Crystal June Wicker of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Rocky Heuer, Jr. and Chelsea Haaland. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
