With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ardean Rowland in Norwalk, Iowa, born in Columbia, Iowa, who passed away on October 7, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowland and Lanell Rowland (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Fontalee; his children, Laura Rowland (Roger Tangeman), Andrew Rowland and Melody Ristau; his grandchildren, Ali, Lacey, Nia and Ian; his great grandchildren, Rhea and Bubba; and his sister Charlotte Kaufman (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
