He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lockey and Doris Lockey (Kellner); his stepfather Lewis Dean; his wife Mary Jane Lockey; his sister Wanda Lockey; and his children, Bruce Lockey, Georgette Jacobson and Angela Duran.
He is survived by: his sons, Jon Lockey of Joice, IA, Kevin Lockey (Donna) of Northwood, IA and Robert Lockey (Carol) of New Hartford, IA; and his sisters, Sophia and Evelyn Lockey of Nashua. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
For those attending in person, it is strongly recommended to practice social distancing and wear face masks to both the funeral and visitation.
