She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Thoen and Vivian Thoen (Dahl); her husband Allen Miner; her son Eric Miner; her sister Roxie; her parents-in-law, Don and Fern Miner; and her siblings, Bonnie Stanton, Dennis, Rodney and Dallas Thoen.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Jacks (Brad), Wendy Skellenger (Neal) and Marcia Toft (Mike Walsh); her grandchildren, Mitch Hanson (Jess), Colby Carlson (Jena), Callie Flattum (Wade), Amanda Cook (Brian), Janelle Jaehn (Trevor), Megan Jacks and Jordan Miner; her great grandchildren, Haddie, Hallie, Gage, Journee, River, Axel, Chloe, Ellie, Emmett, Nixon and Iris; her sister-in-law Arlene Weiland; and her sisters, Sherry Blake, Shelly Thoen and Patti Edenfield.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Conner Colonial Chapel (1008 1st Ave S, Northwood, IA 50459). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Elk Creek Lutheran Church (4108 Killdeer Ave, Kensett, IA 50448).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Elk Creek Lutheran Church, Mana of Worth County or MercyOne Hospice.
