He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Nelson and Berniece Nelson (Kramer); and his sister Barbara J. Nelson Conner Colonial. He is survived by: his children, Scott Nelson (Daisy), Elizabeth Kelly (Dennis) and Brian Nelson (Susan); his grandchildren, Brandon Kelly, Zachary Kelly (Christy), Ashley Murrel (Richie), Brock Nelson and Lance Nelson; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Alana, Eric and Everly; and his siblings, Judy Blanchette, Ila Owens, Kathy Danner (Larry), Becky Lane (Steve) and Merlyn Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
