He is survived by: his wife Jan Gerdes of Northwood, IA; his sons, Roger Thompson (Kim) of Northfield, MN and Bryan Thompson (Marlene) of Slater, IA; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Seth, Abigail, Zachery (Olivia) and Austin (Grace); his great grandchild Hallie Rose; his sisters, Janice Williams (Duane) of Forest City, IA, Katherine Peterson of Clear Lake, IA, Ellen Molskness of Bricelyn, MN and Carol Potter (Roy) of Mason City, IA; and his sister-in-law Denise Thein of Okoboji, IA.
