He was predeceased by: his parents, Engvald "Enge" and Amanda Johnson (Johnson); his wife Doris Medlin; his son-in-law Ralph Ehlenfeldt; and his granddaughter Amanda Lobdell.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Black (Wayne) of Cave Creek, AZ, Diane Dahlby (Charles) of Gladys, VA, Denise Ehlenfeldt of Kensett, IA, Deanna Madsen (Scott) of Northwood and Douglas Johnson Toronto (Sil); and his brother Dennis "Tiny" Johnson (Judy). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
Donald's family would like to thank anyone who looked out for him over the years as Alzheimer's took control of his memory.
