He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen George and DeLoris LuDell Low (Flatness); his brothers, Timothy and Keith; and his aunts and uncles, Clarence "Babe" (Luella Low), Vale (Bernice Low), Lyle "Bub" Low, Harold (Eleanor Low), Russell (Dorothy Low), Lucille "Cile" (George Mathews), Arlene "Snooky" (Carl Grosland), Pearl (Leif Weston), Carroll "Micky" (Frances Low), Drexell Estes and Pat Low (Randy Low).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law June Low of Northwood; his nieces and nephews, Christopher Low (JC) of Northwood, Mandi Christopher (Mark) of Clear Lake and Dae Haskins (Kevin) of Washington, Iowa; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Porscha of Washington, Cody of Washington, Rypleigh McClanahan of Washington, Chance Haskins of Washington, Hailey Haskins of Washington, Zaden Brooking-Low, Michael, Alex of Northwood, MaKaylee and Millie Christopher of Clear Lake; his uncles, Ronnie Flatness (Ragna) of Mason City, Richard Low (Marge) of Northwood and George Mathews of Mason City; his aunt Bernice "Sis" Estes of Northwood; and his friends, Marty Martin and Dawn Finley.
