He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Griffith, Sr. and Aileen Griffith (Wilkinson); his uncle Gene; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Groe, Lynn Groe, Wayne Groe and Elsa Groe (Barb Norstrom).

He is survived by: his wife Linda Griffith; his children, Paul Griffith (Alex) and Kari Griffith; and his stepson Gail Hakes (family: Kim, Erika, Kole, Lillian, Amelia, Katie).

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Conner Colonial Chapel (1008 1st Ave S, Northwood, IA 50459). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sion Lutheran Church (4527 Finch Ave, Lake Mills, IA 50450).
