He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Weiss and Ruth Weiss (Mundt); his siblings-in-law, Orville Woods and Lori Ward; his nieces, Dawn Woods and Amanda Hauschild; and his grandson Cale Weiss.
He is survived by: his children, Denae Elizabeth (Billy) of Maryville, Missouri and Daniel Dean; his wife Debbie of Northboro; his son Dan Weiss (Heather) of Coin, Iowa; his grandchildren, Claire, Cloie, Cambree, Carrigan Murrell, Charlotte and Dalton Weiss; his sisters, Eleanor Picconi (Jim) of Elkhorn and Ann Wiechert (Don); his sisters-in-law, Vicki Hauschild of Weeping Water and Shellie Lawson of Kingwood, Texas; and his aunt Grace Safarik of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
