It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Carpenter of North Washington, Iowa, born in New Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude II and Regina Babcock II (Martin); her brothers, Phil and Claude Babcock III; and her stepfather Duane Leichtman.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Carpenter of North Washington, IA; her daughters, Heather Pecinovsky (Darren) of Protivin, IA and Alicia Biggerstaff (Brock) of Bettendorf, IA; her grandchildren, Brenna, Emmitt Pecinovsky, Brayden and Connor Biggerstaff; her siblings, Steve Babcock (Shirley) of New Hampton, IA, Mike Babcock (Kathy) of New Hampton, IA and Kate Schmidtke (Babcock) of Independence, MO; and her sister-in-law Nancy Babcock of Lawler, IA..
