She is survived by: her father Gary Ralph Spies of Tiffin, IA; her daughters, Trista Rose Spies of North Liberty, IA and Gabrielle Rose Wadsworth of Iowa City, IA; and her brother Dustin Morden of Eldridge, IA. She is also survived by many other friends and family.
