He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Timothy, Rita O'Sullivan, Jack and Chris O'Brien. He is survived by: his parents, Jeremiah O'Sullivan and Nuala O'Sullivan (O'Brien); his sister Veronica of Iowa City; his nephews, Dominic and David McCaffrey (Hannah); his niece Sarah; his friends, Paul McCaffrey, Fiona Hegarty, Deb Gruben and Chris Parks; and his pets, Tiger and Belly-Bo.
