She is survived by: her husband Dan Bernacki; her children, Nathan Bernacki (Danette), Jordan Bernacki (Caylene), Dustin Bernacki (Jennifer) and Brianne Cummins (Bradley); her grandchildren, Rachel, Emily, Ashley, Hailey, Alyvia, Peyton and Greyson; her father Ron Ribble; and her brother Bruce Ribble.
