Nancy Anne Wood Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Anne Wood of North Liberty, Iowa, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Keith Wood; her aunts and uncles, Beverly Yerington, Linda Boyer, Jerry Wood and Gary Wood; and her cousins, Brett Wood and Tammy Sanders.
She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Reeve Wood of Tipton; her husband Greg Royer; her sister Teresa Horak (Joseph) of Cedar Falls; her aunt Irene Wood of Tipton; her nieces and nephews, Joshua Evans (Mickie), Ethan Wood (Stephany), Elijah Evans (Ana), Hannah Joens (Corey), Joseph Horak (Becca Schwebke) and Cassandra Horak (Ryan Reinier); her stepdaughters, Jennifer Miller (John) and Nicole Paul (Christopher); her stepgrandsons, Lucas and Noah Paul; her close friend Dan Hunt; and her pet Clover. She is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Nancy's memory. Donations will be divided between the "Friends of the Animals Shelter" in Tipton, IA, the "Tipton First United Methodist Church", and the "Nancy Wood Memorial Scholarship", which will be awarded to a graduating Tipton High School Senior.
