She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Oleson and Idella Oleson (Younggreen); her spouse Donal R. Gordon; her brother Gary Oleson; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Gordon, Gary Gordon and John Gordon.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph and Jeffrey; her caregiver Myrna; her grandchildren, Greta, Eleanor, Mabel, Cierra and Jack; her brother Ron Oleson (Dea) of LaCrosse, WI; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Oleson of Naperville, IL, Mary Gordon of Iowa City and Dick Gordon (Sheryl) of Iowa City.
Memorial contributions in her name can be given to either the family for future giving or the University of Iowa Center for Advancement, directed to the NICU Nursing and Education Development Fund.
