She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Elmer and Delphine May Juhnke (Baumiller); and her husband David W. Sturtz. She is survived by: her son Chad Smith (Iilene) of Mazomanie, WI; her grandchildren, Leo and Arlo; her children, Brianna Sturtz of Cedar Rapids, IA and Shane Sturtz of Durham, NC; and her sisters, Mona Koupal (Dan) of Mitchell, SD and Theresa Stiner (Buzz) of Milford, KS.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the UIHC Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center or the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
