He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Oltrogge and Bertha Oltrogge (Leverenz); his brother Raymond Oltrogge; and his son Michael Oltrogge. He is survived by: his spouse Marnylee Tobiason; and his children, Mark Oltrogge (Marcia) of Calmer, Vicki Block (Roger) of North Liberty and Lisa Heisterkamp of Davenport. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
