He is survived by: his wife Delores Lucille Johnson; his children, Geoffrey Thompson (Shauna McKusker) of Cheyenne, WY, Peter Thompson (Julie) of Cosgrove, IA, Kenneth Thompson of Cosgrove, IA, Philip Thompson (Tira Palmquist) of Irvine, CA and Susan Thompson of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Connor Thompson, Grant Thompson, Ciara Thompson (Brendan Benoit), Colin Thompson (Cassie Berg), Ben Thompson (John), Maja Palmquist (Andrew Kerkow) and Jasper Thompson; and his great grandchild Sylvie Thompson.
