We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Herbert Henry Freese of North Liberty, Iowa, born in Waverly, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Freese and Martha Freese (Habbinga); and his former wife Maxine Westendorf. He is survived by: his wife Mary Freese of North Liberty; his children, Kendall Freese (Marsha) of Diamond Springs, Marlene Miller (Rick) of Ankeny, Sydney Brinkman (Randy) of Allison and Leanne Schipper (Ron Rivers) of Nashua; his grandchildren, Emily Weers (Brock), Erin Miller, Jeri Wendzel (Paul), Sara Randall (Brad), Jade Macke (Michael), Dane Schipper (Emily), Drew Schipper and Jena Schipper; his brother-in-law Dean Westendorf (Barb); and his stepchildren, Sheila Loveland (Mark) and Cyndy Marx. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, friends and relatives should wear a mask and practice social distancing leaving six feet between each group for both the visitation and funeral service.
Memorial contributions may be given to Herbert's family for future disbursement to local charities and organizations.
