He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cunningham of North Liberty; his children, Catherine Cunningham of Albuquerque, John (Renee McAdams-Cunningham), James (Lisa Wehab-Cunningham), Dave (Mary Knight) and Cheri Knight-Miller of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Elayna Cunningham of Livonia, MI, Amy Knight, Dan, Jill Blackwell-Knight of North Liberty, IA, Aaron Miller, Ben and Alicia Miller-Horgen of Rochester, MN; his great grandchildren, Henry, Selma Horgen of Rochester, MN, Evelyn and Leah Knight of North Liberty, IA; and his sister-in-law Elaine Berge-Eagle of Minneapolis. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, friends.
